***Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in appointment cancellation
and forfeiture of your booking fee. Effective immediately, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS.***
To be SO clear - it does NOT matter if we have seen you before, if you know someone or if you look JUST LIKE the person bringing you in to sign your paperwork. We cannot reuse ID from the ‘file’, we cannot take your word for it - please arrive with the things we need to legally provide your services or no services will be happening, and you’ll be out your deposit which isn’t fun.
By continuing on to book an appointment, you are indicating that you have all necessary documentation, and as a minor, permission from your legal guardians to book for this service.
Once you’ve selected your services and your appointment is accepted, your card will be charged a non-refundable booking fee. For each service, the booking fee is also the service (or piercing) fee. In simplest terms, its the cost of the poke! This is your service fee only, and does not include jewelry. Once you come in for your appointment, all you will owe is the total cost of whatever jewelry you’ve picked; and of course we are always glad to accept tips! On the day of your appointment, you may pay your remainder with cash, card, or Diamond Dog Piercing gift card.
